Medical Aid Tariffs

Each medical aid operates according to its own tariff structure. This practice charges in accordance with the applicable medical aid rates.

Prescribed Minimum Benefits (PMB)

If you qualify for PMB, the practice will assist with the application process. PMB typically provides:

• 15 outpatient psychotherapy sessions, or
• 21 inpatient days in a mental health facility

Medical Aids Not Accepted

• GEMS
• Polmed
• Medihelp
• Profmed
• Keyhealth
Clients with these medical aids are welcome and will be offered a reduced private tariff.

Private Clients

Private clients (without medical aid or with a non-accepted medical aid) are required to settle accounts on the day of service. Payment options include card (Yoco) or cash. No accounts or deferred payments are offered.

Reduced Fees

Reduced-fee services are available on a limited basis and
subject to availability

Cancellation Policy

In accordance with BHF guidelines, clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment or do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will be liable for the full session fee.
